Winter WonFes 2016 Highlights

Wonder Festival, joka myös figuurien super bowlina tunnetaan, pidettiin jälleen Tokiossa viime sunnuntaina. Henkilökohtaisesti olin taas kerran vähän pettynyt messujen tarjontaan, koska muutamista sarjoista, joita en ite seuraa, tuli aivan älyttömästi liikaa figuureja (Im@s ja KanColle esim.). Okei, ehkä oon vaan vähän huonona kun mun omista lempparisarjoista ei tullu tarpeeks uutuuksia! Haha! XD

Tässä nyt kuitenkin tän kertasten messujen lempparit:

Wonder Festival, a.k.a the super bowl of figure collectors, was held again in Tokyo last sunday. Personally I was a bit disappointed of this winters selection, there were too many figures from the same series (Im@s and KanColle for example), none of which interest me. Okay, maybe I'm just feeling a bit salty for not getting enough new figure releases of my favourite shows! Haha! XD

Anyhow, here's my highlights from the event:

 Ensimmäisenä tietysti uudet Love Live julkasut! Olin tosi ilonen kun pääsin vihdoin näkemään ton Alterin Hanayon maalattuna! Näyttää todella söpöltä ja yksityiskohtaselta! FREEingiltä tuli myös uusia julkasuja, joista mulla ei ollut mitään aavistustakaan! Pelkäänpä vaan, että joudun hankkimaan koko setin jos loputkin on noin syötävän sulosen näkösiä.. Kamppailen myös koko ajan pääni sisällä, et hankinko noi SEGAn prize figuurit vai en. Eli näyttää mun silmään melko kauheelta mut loput tytöt on tosi nättejä ja tykkäilen muutenkin Sunny Day Song-puvuista (ja kappaleesta ♥)! Argh, päätöksiä, päätöksiä... Viimeisenä, FuRyu näytti vihdoinkin niiden Love Wing Bell Hanayon!! Multa löytyy jo toi hääpuku Rin ja se ei malttais millään odottaa "husbandoaan"! Must buy!

Okay so first on my list are of course the new Love Live releases! I was so happy to finally see Alter's Hanayo painted! She looks super cute and detailed! There were also new releases from FREEing that I had no idea of and now after seeing those cuties I'm afraid that I'll end up bying the whole set... I'm also struggling inside my head whether to get those SEGA prize figures or not. I'm not quite pleased with Eli's face but then again the other girls look pretty and I really like Sunny Day Song-outfits (and the song ♥)! Argh, decisions, decisions... Lastly, FuRyu finally showed their Love Wing Bell Hanayo!! I have that wedding dress Rin already and she's just dying to get her "hubby" next to her! Must buy!

 Love Bomber Sonico (Ques Q)

Tällä kertaa ei tullut uusia Sonicoja toivelistalle, mutta olin erityisen ilonen kun pääsin näkemään Love Bomber Sonicon sculptin!! Siitä tulle kyllä niin upea maalauksen jälkeen! Aion hankkia sen tavalla tai toisella! Haha!

Toi Alphamaxin pastelli-Sonico näyttää kanssa niiiin nätiltä! Ja niiiin seksikkäältä! Ja niiiin hyvin muodostuneelta! XD Aluks en lämmennyt yhtään sen silmille, mut oon pikku hiljaa tottunu niihin ja nyt oikeestaan tykkään niistä tosi paljon vaikka ne poikkeaakin Sonicon "normaalistä silmätyylistä". Tahdon, tahdon, tahdon!

There were no new Sonico's to add on my wishlist but I was really happy to see the sculpt of that Love Bomber Sonico!! After some paint, she's going to be so gorgeous! I'm definitely getting her, no matter what! Haha!

Alphamax's pastel colored Sonico is soooo pretty! And soooo sexy! And soooo well-rounded! XD First I didn't like her eyes that much but they have grown on me and now I kinda like them even though they differ from her "normal eyestyle". Gimme, gimme, gimme!

Purple Heart (Alter)

 Purple Heart (Vertex)

 Hnnngghh! Ensin Alter ja nyt vielä Vertex... Musta tulee niin PA ja päädyn asumaan jonnekin sillan alle tätä tahtia!! Oon ihan hulluna Hyperdimension Neptunia figuureihin joten olin ilonen ja ahdistunut samaan aikaan kun näin ton Alterin Purple Heartin (se on samaa sarjaa kun mun Black Heart). Tiedän, et siitä tulee ihan törkeen upee.. ja ihan törkeen kallis... Oh boy. XD Onneks tosta Vertexin Purple Heartista ei oo vielä edes sculptia, joten se ei oo ilmestymässä ainakaan vähään aikaan!

Hnnngghh! First Alter and then Vertex... I'm gonna be so broke and end up living under a bridge somewhere!! I'm a sucker for Hyperdimension Neptunia figures and was happy and anxious at the same time when I saw that Alter's Purple Heart (it's the same series as my Black Heart). I know it's going to be gorgeous as hell and as expencive... Oh boy. XD Luckily there's no sculpt yet from that Vertex's Purple Heart so it's not going to be released for a while.

 Nendoroid Co-de Hatsune Miku Project Diva -sarjasta!! Nendoroid Co-de on uusi sarja minkä tarkotuksena on sekoitella erilaisia asukokonaisuuksia. Ne on myös hieman halvempia kun tavalliset nendoroidit koska niiden mukana tulee vähemmän osia. Oon ihan täpinöissäni, et GSC päätti alkaa tekemään Project Divan pukuja! Nendoroidit saa vihdoin oman vaatekaapin! Mahtavaa! XD

Nendoroid Co-de from Hatsune Miku Project Diva series!! Nendoroid Co-de is a new series where you mix-and-matching coordinates. They are somewhat cheaper than regular nendoroids since they come with less parts. I'm super excited that GSC decided to start to make Project Diva -outfits! It's like a wardrobe for nendoroids! So awesome! XD

  Galko-chan (Good Smile Company)

 Princess Zelda (Good Smile Company)

 Vaan kaksi nendoroidia päätyi toivelistalle... Surullista! (;___;) Ensimmäinen on Galko-chan lyhärisarjasta nimeltä "Oshiete! Galko-chan". Oon kattonu sitä sarjaa vasta muutaman jakson, ja se on ihan älyttömän hauska ja hävytön! XD Galko-chan on todella söpö nendoroidina!

Toinen nendoroid on Prinsessa Zelda pelistä The Legend of Zelda: Windwaker. Meillä on Windwaker Link joten luonnollisesti se tarttee oman prinsessansa! Zeldasta on muutenkin todella vähän figuureita joten oon erittäin tyytyväinen, että siitä tehtiin tää nendoroidi! Zelda on yks mun lempiprinsessoista ikinä! ♥

There were only two nendoroids this time that ended up my wishlist... So sad! (;___;) First one is Galko-chan from the short series called "Oshiete! Galko-chan". I've watched only few episodes of the series and it's so hilarious and dirty! XD Galko-chan is also super cute as a nendoroid! 

The second nendoroid is Princess Zelda from video game The Legend of Zelda: Windwaker. We have Windwaker Link already so it's only natural that he'll get his Princess! There's not much figures of Zelda so I'm really pleased that they made this nendoroid of her! Zelda is one of my favourite princesses of all time! ♥

 Lesfie (Revolve)

 Mulla ei ole aavistustakaan kuka tää on muutakun, että se on pelistä nimeltä Grandblue Fantasy. Rakastuin ihan täysin tohon sculptiin ja sen taidekuvaan. Jos ne saa maalit vielä kohilleen niin tästä tulee ihan älyttömän upea! Rakastan noita hedelmiä mitkä lentää tossa ympärillä ja koko figuurin "liike" on ihan mahtava! Noi hiuksetkin näyttää törkeen hyvältä! Haluan nähdä enemmän kuvia tästä!

I have no idea who she is other than that she's from the video game called Grandblue Fantasy. I just fell in love with the sculpt and it's artwork. If they manage to paint her properly she's going to look awesome! I love those fruits flying around her and "the movement" in this figure is spot on! Her hair looks absolutely amazing! I want to see more pictures of her!

Edward Scissorhands (Kotobukiya)

 Ja sitten se viimeinen! Kotobukiyan uusi lisä bishoujon elokuva sarjaan: Edward Scissorhands. Toi kuva näyttää aivan ihanalta! Rakastan tota Edwardin ilmettä ja asentoa! Pukukin on älyttömän makee ja täynnä pieniä yksityiskohtia. En malta odottaa sculptia!

And finally the last one! Kotobukiya's new addition to bishoujo movie series: Edward Scissorhands. Her artwork looks wonderful! I love the expression on her and the pose! The outfit is super cool (BELTS EVERYWHERE) and there's a lot of small details in it. Can't wait to see her sculpt!

Siinä kaikki tän talven WonFestiltä! Tulihan niitä sitten ihan kivasti vaikka aluks luulin, ettei mulle oo oikein mitään siellä... Mussa on selvästi tätä hordaajan vikaa kun mikään ei tunnu riittävän! XD Löytykö teille tapahtumasta mitään uusia lemppareita?

That's all for this winter's WonFes! Guess I was wrong about the event not having that many new figures for me... I'm really starting to feel like a real hoarder, nothing is enough! XD

My summer WonFes wishlist!

It's that time of the year again when all the figure collectors gather to Makuhari Messe convention center in Japan to get a glimpse of the newest figures and model kits! In other words it's this summer's Wonder Festival 2015!

As usual there were many new figures that I need to get in my collection and here I've listed my highlights of the event. Let's begin! o/

Love Live! School idol Movie nendoroid petit girls! When I first saw the sneak peak of these I almost had a heart attack since I thought they're going to make yet another set of nendoroids. Luckily these are smaller nendoroid petit-figures which can be bought by set and with a much cheaper price than regular nendoroids. These movie outfits are one of my favourites so this is an instant must-buy!! (Eli with her hair untied... （人´∀`*）)

Goddamn Alter is going to kill me and take all my money... and the saddest part is that I will cladly give it to them with no regrets!! (╥ᆺ╥；) Alter makes the most prettiest and best quality Love Live-figures that I have ever seen and the price tag for these beauties makes you wanna desperately win the lottery... X"D I'm going to get at least 4 of these (Eli, Nozomi, Kotori and Rin) but after seeing the painted prototype of Nico I kinda want that too... And then I would only have 4 left so........ I'm going to eat nothing but noodles for the rest of my life! Goodbye munnies, it was nice knowing ya!

And then there was this one......... Σ(꒪◊꒪ ) *nosebleed*

I CAN'T EVEN EXPRESS MY FEELINGS ENOUGH FOR THIS ELI!! She's the most gorgeous, prettiest, hottest, cutest piece of plastic I have ever seen!! I couldn't be more happier to get this into my collection! The waifu-power is strong in this one! ♥ ♥

Then there were these super cute Sonicos! The first one is Racing Queen Sonico and OMG she's cute!! I'm a sucker for racing figures and finally being able to get racing Sonico into my collection is yet again one of my dreams come true! Her body looks extra soft and that face is one of the cutest I've ever seen in any Sonico figure (+ twin tails ofc!!) The other figure is Banpresto's prize figure and I can't wait to see it painted!! She's going to look stunning! I love that little starcloud she's skating on and look at those cute cakes...! So adorable! (> ω <) THAT'S how you make a great prize figure!

And of course there was a couple previews as well. I'm not so sure about that first one, I gotta see it first to make a final decision but the second one on the other hand..... SHE'S A MUST BUY. I was so bummed when I saw this love bomber Sonico garage kit a while ago, because I knew I could never have it. But luckily Ques Q heard my prayers and now they are going to release a pre-painted scale figure of it as well!! YAHHOOOO~!!

These Miku's are the only one's that I got my eyes on. The first one is from Rage of Bahamut - series and I was sooooo happy to hear that she's going to be released as a figure. I love the style in RoB and this Miku looks super pretty as well!! That other Miku on the other hand... I'm still kinda struggling wheter to get it or not. Her limbs gives me a bit of a daddy long legs - vibes and I think she would look much better if they would've pose it horizontally. Now she kinda looks like she's doing some weird ass kung-fu moves or something.... ( u__u )

 Only few new nendoroids this time! I'm such a huge fan of Yuru Yuri and I'm so happy that they're going to release Yui next (the first picture)!! I only have Kyouko right now but I try to find Akari from Japan so I can have all of the girls when Yui and Chinatsu are released! The second nendoroid, Hestia, is kinda on the maybe pile right now. I want to see more of her before making the final decision. Last but not least is the Big Boss from MGS V! We already have Solid Snake so of course we need Big Boss as well! Although I'd have preferred the MGS3 version over this one, but beggars can't be choosers and this is what we get! Haha!

Umaruuuuuun~~ She's just too adorable to pass by!!

Last but not least are these two. The first one is Yuzuruha from Oboro Muramasa-game. I hope to get Kongiku figure at some point as well because these two would look so gorgeus together!! Can't wait to see the paint job on Yuzuruha, I can only imagine how gorgeous she'll look! The other figure is Nakiri Erina from Shokugeki no Souma. I'm not a huge fan of Erina, but damn, this figure of her just looks unbelievably detailed and reflects her personality perfectly! So she's going to the maybe pile as well... XD

That's it for this years WonFest! Now I need to work even harder if I want to get all these figures and still be able to eat.... ehehehe. (not funny!) X"DD Did you find anything intresting from this summer's Wonder Festival?

Winter WonFes 2015 Highlights

Nyt on taas figuurikeräilijän vuoden yksi tärkeimmistä tapahtumista ylitetty. Viime viikonloppuna oli Japanissa jälleen Wonder Festival-tapahtuma jossa julkastiin vaikka mitä uutuuksia! Henkilökohtasesti olin tosi pettyny tän kertaseen tarjontaan ja jopa Pate löys enemmän uusia figuureja toivelistalleen ku minä! Ja se on suoraan sanottuna ihme! XD

The Super Bowl of figure collectors, in other words the Wonder Festival-event was held in Japan last Sunday where they announced a bunch of new figures! Personally I was really disappointed in the figure selection this time and even my husband found more new figures on his wishlist than me. And that's a miracle I tell you! XD

 Love Live-uutuuksia toivoin PALJON enemmän! Figmat ei kiinnosta ja muut näytillä olevat figuuritkin oli jo etukäteen tiedossa. Ainoat uutukaiset oli kaksi uutta figuuria Nicosta, joka ei mulle se tärkein hahmo ole, joten LL-rintamalla koin ehkä suurimman pettymyksen. Sentään tosta yllä näkyvästä Rinistä oli ihana nähdä valmis prototyyppi ja lisään sen ehkä salakavalasti mun ostoslistaan... XD

I was hoping to see new Love Live-figures A LOT more! I'm not interested in Figmas and I was already aware of many of the other figures. The only new ones were both figures of Nico and she's not one of my favourites so I was most disappointed with the LL-news. Well at least I got to see the painted prototype of this Rin and I think I'll subtly add her to my shopping list... XD

 Ei olisi WonFestiä ilman uusia Miku-julkasuja! En vielä osaa sanoa mitään tosta Good Smilen tulevasta figuurista, mutta kuva näyttää ainakin ihanalta ja toivottavasti siitä saadaan nähdä jonkin sortin prototyyppi mahdollisimman pian! Oikealla oleva Miku on SEGA:n prize figuuri yhdestä Project Diva f 2nd-rytmipelin moduulista. Tykkään tosi paljon kun Mikusta tehään figuureja eri vaatteissa ja toi kyseinen "tavis" vaatekerta on erityisen söpö! Prize-figuurina hintakaan ei tuu olemaan päätä huimaava joten must have!

There would be no WonFes without new Miku-releases! I can't say much about that Good Smile's new figure but the artwork looks beautiful and hopefully we get to see soon some kind of prototype of the figure! That Miku on the right, is prize figure by SEGA and she's made after one of the modules from Project Diva f 2nd-rhythm game. I love when they make Miku-figures with different outfits and that "casual" outfit is super cute! Being a prize figure, I don't think she'll cost much so she's definetly a must have!

Sitten tämä Chitoge! Oon vielä vähän kahen vaiheilla tän kanssa, koska rakastan kaikkea tässä figussa mut joku mua häiritsee tossa naamassa... Tää vaatii vielä lisätutkimusta! XD

Then there's this Chitoge! I'm kinda torn between whether to get it or not because I love everything about this figure but there's something off with her face... This one needs more research! XD

 No niin, sitten tää mun AINOA iloinen yllätys! Eli Mikoze Yui animesta Locodol! Tykkän tosta hömppä animesta ihan kauheesti ja olin oikeesti hämmästyny, että se sai yhtäkään figuuria! Kun usein tuntuu, et tollaset liipa laapa animet jää kaikkien megasarjojen jalkoihin, ni niistä ei sitte ikinä saa mitään kivaa oheiskrääsää... Mut tää oli kyllä ihana yllätys! Ja oon erityisen ilonen, että Uogokoro-kun maskotti on mukana! Haluan, haluan, HALUAN!!

Okay, here's my ONLY pleasant surprise of the event! Mikoze Yui from the anime Locodol! I really enjoyed of that silly anime and was amazed by the fact that they got a scale figure! It kinda feels that most of the "smaller" anime shows gets rolled over by all the mega hit shows and then we won't be getting any nice merchandise from the smaller shows... So this was a really lovely surprise! I'm especially happy that Uogokoro-kun mascot is on the figure too! I WANT IT NAO!!

Ja viimesenä Kazuma Kiryu pelisarjasta Yakuza! Oon ihan hulluna kyseiseen pelisarjaan ja sen takia (vaikka figma onkin) Kiryun on pakko päästä mun listalle! Tän kanssa tosin taas pitää odotella prototyyppiä, et pääsen näkemään kuinka hyvä siitä lopullisesta versiosta sitten tulee. Peukut pystyyn, että Max Factory onnistuu tän kanssa!

And then lastly Kazuma Kiryu from the video game series Yakuza! I love those games and that's why Kiryu needs to be on my list (eventhough he's going to be figma...)! Now I just need to wait for the prototype and see how it'll turn out. Fingers crossed that Max Factory can pull it off!
