Winter WonFes 2016 Highlights

Wonder Festival, joka myös figuurien super bowlina tunnetaan, pidettiin jälleen Tokiossa viime sunnuntaina. Henkilökohtaisesti olin taas kerran vähän pettynyt messujen tarjontaan, koska muutamista sarjoista, joita en ite seuraa, tuli aivan älyttömästi liikaa figuureja (Im@s ja KanColle esim.). Okei, ehkä oon vaan vähän huonona kun mun omista lempparisarjoista ei tullu tarpeeks uutuuksia! Haha! XD

Tässä nyt kuitenkin tän kertasten messujen lempparit:

Wonder Festival, a.k.a the super bowl of figure collectors, was held again in Tokyo last sunday. Personally I was a bit disappointed of this winters selection, there were too many figures from the same series (Im@s and KanColle for example), none of which interest me. Okay, maybe I'm just feeling a bit salty for not getting enough new figure releases of my favourite shows! Haha! XD

Anyhow, here's my highlights from the event:

 Ensimmäisenä tietysti uudet Love Live julkasut! Olin tosi ilonen kun pääsin vihdoin näkemään ton Alterin Hanayon maalattuna! Näyttää todella söpöltä ja yksityiskohtaselta! FREEingiltä tuli myös uusia julkasuja, joista mulla ei ollut mitään aavistustakaan! Pelkäänpä vaan, että joudun hankkimaan koko setin jos loputkin on noin syötävän sulosen näkösiä.. Kamppailen myös koko ajan pääni sisällä, et hankinko noi SEGAn prize figuurit vai en. Eli näyttää mun silmään melko kauheelta mut loput tytöt on tosi nättejä ja tykkäilen muutenkin Sunny Day Song-puvuista (ja kappaleesta ♥)! Argh, päätöksiä, päätöksiä... Viimeisenä, FuRyu näytti vihdoinkin niiden Love Wing Bell Hanayon!! Multa löytyy jo toi hääpuku Rin ja se ei malttais millään odottaa "husbandoaan"! Must buy!

Okay so first on my list are of course the new Love Live releases! I was so happy to finally see Alter's Hanayo painted! She looks super cute and detailed! There were also new releases from FREEing that I had no idea of and now after seeing those cuties I'm afraid that I'll end up bying the whole set... I'm also struggling inside my head whether to get those SEGA prize figures or not. I'm not quite pleased with Eli's face but then again the other girls look pretty and I really like Sunny Day Song-outfits (and the song ♥)! Argh, decisions, decisions... Lastly, FuRyu finally showed their Love Wing Bell Hanayo!! I have that wedding dress Rin already and she's just dying to get her "hubby" next to her! Must buy!

 Love Bomber Sonico (Ques Q)

Tällä kertaa ei tullut uusia Sonicoja toivelistalle, mutta olin erityisen ilonen kun pääsin näkemään Love Bomber Sonicon sculptin!! Siitä tulle kyllä niin upea maalauksen jälkeen! Aion hankkia sen tavalla tai toisella! Haha!

Toi Alphamaxin pastelli-Sonico näyttää kanssa niiiin nätiltä! Ja niiiin seksikkäältä! Ja niiiin hyvin muodostuneelta! XD Aluks en lämmennyt yhtään sen silmille, mut oon pikku hiljaa tottunu niihin ja nyt oikeestaan tykkään niistä tosi paljon vaikka ne poikkeaakin Sonicon "normaalistä silmätyylistä". Tahdon, tahdon, tahdon!

There were no new Sonico's to add on my wishlist but I was really happy to see the sculpt of that Love Bomber Sonico!! After some paint, she's going to be so gorgeous! I'm definitely getting her, no matter what! Haha!

Alphamax's pastel colored Sonico is soooo pretty! And soooo sexy! And soooo well-rounded! XD First I didn't like her eyes that much but they have grown on me and now I kinda like them even though they differ from her "normal eyestyle". Gimme, gimme, gimme!

Purple Heart (Alter)

 Purple Heart (Vertex)

 Hnnngghh! Ensin Alter ja nyt vielä Vertex... Musta tulee niin PA ja päädyn asumaan jonnekin sillan alle tätä tahtia!! Oon ihan hulluna Hyperdimension Neptunia figuureihin joten olin ilonen ja ahdistunut samaan aikaan kun näin ton Alterin Purple Heartin (se on samaa sarjaa kun mun Black Heart). Tiedän, et siitä tulee ihan törkeen upee.. ja ihan törkeen kallis... Oh boy. XD Onneks tosta Vertexin Purple Heartista ei oo vielä edes sculptia, joten se ei oo ilmestymässä ainakaan vähään aikaan!

Hnnngghh! First Alter and then Vertex... I'm gonna be so broke and end up living under a bridge somewhere!! I'm a sucker for Hyperdimension Neptunia figures and was happy and anxious at the same time when I saw that Alter's Purple Heart (it's the same series as my Black Heart). I know it's going to be gorgeous as hell and as expencive... Oh boy. XD Luckily there's no sculpt yet from that Vertex's Purple Heart so it's not going to be released for a while.

 Nendoroid Co-de Hatsune Miku Project Diva -sarjasta!! Nendoroid Co-de on uusi sarja minkä tarkotuksena on sekoitella erilaisia asukokonaisuuksia. Ne on myös hieman halvempia kun tavalliset nendoroidit koska niiden mukana tulee vähemmän osia. Oon ihan täpinöissäni, et GSC päätti alkaa tekemään Project Divan pukuja! Nendoroidit saa vihdoin oman vaatekaapin! Mahtavaa! XD

Nendoroid Co-de from Hatsune Miku Project Diva series!! Nendoroid Co-de is a new series where you mix-and-matching coordinates. They are somewhat cheaper than regular nendoroids since they come with less parts. I'm super excited that GSC decided to start to make Project Diva -outfits! It's like a wardrobe for nendoroids! So awesome! XD

  Galko-chan (Good Smile Company)

 Princess Zelda (Good Smile Company)

 Vaan kaksi nendoroidia päätyi toivelistalle... Surullista! (;___;) Ensimmäinen on Galko-chan lyhärisarjasta nimeltä "Oshiete! Galko-chan". Oon kattonu sitä sarjaa vasta muutaman jakson, ja se on ihan älyttömän hauska ja hävytön! XD Galko-chan on todella söpö nendoroidina!

Toinen nendoroid on Prinsessa Zelda pelistä The Legend of Zelda: Windwaker. Meillä on Windwaker Link joten luonnollisesti se tarttee oman prinsessansa! Zeldasta on muutenkin todella vähän figuureita joten oon erittäin tyytyväinen, että siitä tehtiin tää nendoroidi! Zelda on yks mun lempiprinsessoista ikinä! ♥

There were only two nendoroids this time that ended up my wishlist... So sad! (;___;) First one is Galko-chan from the short series called "Oshiete! Galko-chan". I've watched only few episodes of the series and it's so hilarious and dirty! XD Galko-chan is also super cute as a nendoroid! 

The second nendoroid is Princess Zelda from video game The Legend of Zelda: Windwaker. We have Windwaker Link already so it's only natural that he'll get his Princess! There's not much figures of Zelda so I'm really pleased that they made this nendoroid of her! Zelda is one of my favourite princesses of all time! ♥

 Lesfie (Revolve)

 Mulla ei ole aavistustakaan kuka tää on muutakun, että se on pelistä nimeltä Grandblue Fantasy. Rakastuin ihan täysin tohon sculptiin ja sen taidekuvaan. Jos ne saa maalit vielä kohilleen niin tästä tulee ihan älyttömän upea! Rakastan noita hedelmiä mitkä lentää tossa ympärillä ja koko figuurin "liike" on ihan mahtava! Noi hiuksetkin näyttää törkeen hyvältä! Haluan nähdä enemmän kuvia tästä!

I have no idea who she is other than that she's from the video game called Grandblue Fantasy. I just fell in love with the sculpt and it's artwork. If they manage to paint her properly she's going to look awesome! I love those fruits flying around her and "the movement" in this figure is spot on! Her hair looks absolutely amazing! I want to see more pictures of her!

Edward Scissorhands (Kotobukiya)

 Ja sitten se viimeinen! Kotobukiyan uusi lisä bishoujon elokuva sarjaan: Edward Scissorhands. Toi kuva näyttää aivan ihanalta! Rakastan tota Edwardin ilmettä ja asentoa! Pukukin on älyttömän makee ja täynnä pieniä yksityiskohtia. En malta odottaa sculptia!

And finally the last one! Kotobukiya's new addition to bishoujo movie series: Edward Scissorhands. Her artwork looks wonderful! I love the expression on her and the pose! The outfit is super cool (BELTS EVERYWHERE) and there's a lot of small details in it. Can't wait to see her sculpt!

Siinä kaikki tän talven WonFestiltä! Tulihan niitä sitten ihan kivasti vaikka aluks luulin, ettei mulle oo oikein mitään siellä... Mussa on selvästi tätä hordaajan vikaa kun mikään ei tunnu riittävän! XD Löytykö teille tapahtumasta mitään uusia lemppareita?

That's all for this winter's WonFes! Guess I was wrong about the event not having that many new figures for me... I'm really starting to feel like a real hoarder, nothing is enough! XD

Tiny Angelic Angels!

I picked up these little cuties from the post office yesterday! The outfits of these nendoroid petit figures are from the Love Live! School Idol Movie. In the movie they perform a live concert in New York and the song is called Angelic Angel. These yukata outfits are definitely one of my favourites from the whole series (not to mention Eli with her hair untied..... *q*)! I'm so glad that GSC made these petit figures of them! Though I wouldn't mind having scale figures as well... Haha!

 I was pleasantly surprised to see that they included the stage backdrop with these figures! I though it was GSC online shop exclusive! Fortunately I was wrong about it! (^w^) The stage is straight from the movie and fits perfectly for these tiny angels!

Aaaand here they are! Nicely wrapped in plastic.

 It's show time! Angelic Angel is one of my favourite songs since Eli is the center! There's no limit for the power of waifu!! Haha! I would love to see them perfom this song live...

Here's a better picture of the 1st years (Hanayo, Rin & Maki). I think there's something off with Rin's face. One of her eyes seems a bit smaller than the other but it could only be in my eyes only.. What do you think? Maki's hairbun is lovely!

The 2nd years (Kotori, Honoka & Umi). These poses are so cute and even though Umi is my least favourite, I absolutely love her hair in this outfit! Little Minnie Mouse! (>w<)

Last but definitely not least, the 3rd years (Nico, Eli & Nozomi)! Nico's smile is super cute and Eli's expression is a bit seductive like in the video... (*q*) I don't like Nozomis pose that much since it feels a bit awkward and her expression is too "stern" for the character.

They all have really small details on their outfits that are just too adorable to look at! Especially all the hair decorations are absolutely kawaii desuuu~~!!

This jump suit Nico was the secret figure of this set. She's so cute with that judgmental expression! Better not mess with Nico!

Okay and since I can't hold this information inside anymore I'm just gonna burst it out there. I'M GOING TO TOKYO AT THE END OF MARCH TO SEE μ's FINAL LOVE LIVE! Omg I'm so super excited that I can't even put it into words!! I get to see them perform one last time as a whole group! Hnnnggghh!!

It all started when I decided to buy the limited edition Love Live School Idol Movie bluray to enter the exclusive lottery for the concert tickets. I was so sure that I would win at least one ticket and finally when the results were announced, I didn't win. I was so devastated and I cried almost the whole day about my loss. Pat consoled me and told me that one way or another I will get to that concert. Then I decided that yeah screw the lotteries, I'll take the risk and buy a ticket from Yahoo Japan if it comes to that but I was definitely going to go to the concert in one way or another! Soon after they announced another ballot and this time it was open for everyone. I knew I had absolutely zero chance to win a ticket from public lottery but decided to take part in it anyways. And finally today they announced the results and I f*cking got a ticket!! My hands were shaking like crazy when I read the email and then I started to cry, but this time it was tears of joy! Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine to win a ticket from a public lottery!! And I still pinch myself time to time to make sure that I'm not dreaming...

Queen Eli brought me good luck!
