Onko kukaan muu ulkomailta tilauksia tehnyt huomannu hirveetä viivästystä nyt viime aikoin postinkulun suhteen? Odottelin näitä figuureja nimittäin kuukauden verran ennen kun ne vihdoin ja viimein tän viikon alussa tuli perille... Tilaan figut aina halvimmalla mahdollisella kuljetuksella, mut silti ei oo ikinä menny kun max 2 viikkoa et roinat on ollu perillä niin siksi oon ollu ihan hätää kärsimässä kun paketeilla kestää...! U__U"

I've been waiting these figures for over a month and at the beginning of this week they FINALLY arrived! I think that the delivery has been extremely slow lately even though I've always ordered from the same place with same shipping method...! U__U" Have you noticed any delays in your deliveries?

Nendoroid #447 - Solid Snake

Solid Snake on päähenkilö pelistä nimeltä Metal Gear Solid. MGS-pelit on tosi suosittuja hiippailu/action-pelejä joissa on tosi mielenkiintonen ja monipuolinen juoni sekä hahmot! Muhun kolahti erityisesti sarjan musiikit jotka on osittain säveltäny mun lempi säveltäjä Harry Gregson-Williams (säveltänyt mm. Narnian ja Shrekin musiikit). <3

Solid Snake is the main character from the game called Metal Gear Solid. MGS-games are really popular stealth/action-games with a very interesting and versatile story with great characters! I absolutely fell in love with the music of the games which is partially composed by my favourite composer Harry Gregson-Williams (composed music to Narnia and Shrek movies i.e.). <3

 Tupakoiminen ei oo mun juttu, mut Snake näyttää vaan niin kovikselta rööki suussa kädessä... Jopa nendoroidina!! XD

Smoking is not my cup of tea but Snake just looks so bad ass while doing it... Even in nendoroid form!! XD

 Nendoroidin mukana tuli pari pelistä tuttua asetta ja myöskin "codec"-sormet, jotka Snake laittaa aina korvalle kun muilla hahmoilla on asiaa. Brilliant! Vaihtojalan ansiosta noi polvistumisasennot on myös mahdollisia! Snaken kädet on myös olkapäistä ja kyynäristä nivelletty eli se taipuu erilaisiin asentoihin paljon paremmin kun tavallinen nendoroidi!

Snake came with few of the weapons from the game and they also included the "codec"-hand for him, which means that when a character in the game calls in to his codec, he puts two fingers over his ear and then he can hear them. Brilliant! The extra leg also makes him possible to kneel down and he has joints on his shoulder and elbow so he can pose a lot better than regular nendoroids!

Kuitenkin paras asia koko nendoroidissa oli tää kamala PlayStation 1-versio sen naamasta!! Ota nyt tota sit tosissaan... Aivan mahtava idea ja onhan toi nyt vaan nostalginen vaikka ruma onkin! XD

The best thing about this nendoroid is this horrible Play Station 1-version of his face!! There goes his street cred... But still that face was an awesome idea and it's really nostalgic eventhough he's not the prettiest nendo out there! XD

Nendoroid #458 - Minami Kotori

 Hnnnnghhh ~ !! Kotoriiiii..... <3
Kotori on yks mun lempparitytöistä Love Livestä (kakkosena Nozomin kanssa, Eli edelleen nro 1) ja ehdin jo pelästyä, et onko tää söpöläinen kadonnut lopullisesti postin uumeniin kun kesti niin kauan kuljetuksessa!  Vähän kyllä harmittaa, et näillä LL-tytöillä ei kauheesti mitään extraa mukana tuu, mut onhan tuo ihan ymmärrettävää kun niitä on kuiteskin se 9 tyttöä... :D

Kotori is one of my favourite girls from Love Live (she shares the second place with Nozomi, Eli is always no. 1) and I was starting to get worried if I'll ever get her since it took so long to be delivered! It's a bummer that LL-nendoroids don't come with anything special but I guess it's understandable since there's 9 girls overall... :D

Super Sonico - Queen of Hearts ver.

 Jälleen uusi figuuri lisää mun Sonico-kokoelmaan... Huhuhu. Ensimmäistä kertaa kun näin tän kyseisen figuurin skulptin niin se oli rakkautta ensisilmäyksellä (miks musta tuntuu et aika moni figuuri on rakkautta ensisilmäyksellä....? XD)! Tykkään muutenkin ihan älyttömästi satuteemasista figuureista ja nukeista yms, joten mikäs sen parempi yhdistelmä kun Sonico ja sadut! (/// w ///)

Yet again I got a new Sonico to my collection... Huhuhu. That instant when I saw the sculpt of this figure I knew it was love at a first sight (I get the feeling that quite many figures are 'love at first sight' for me... XD)! Personally I love when fairytales are mixed with figures or dolls or what ever, so what could be better combination than 
Sonico and fairytales! (/// w ///)

Ja kieltämättä Sonico on kyllä yks erittäin kuuma kuningatar... Ei voi muuta sanoa! XD Kyseessä on jälleen prize-figuuri, eli hintakin oli todella edullinen laatuunsa nähden vaikka alan pikku hiljaa huomaamaan yhtenäisyyksiä FuRyun Sonicojen ilmeissä. Naama kuitenkin taitaa olla yks vaikeimmista asioista toteuttaa figuureja tehdessä, joten en kyllä valita kun laatu muuten on melkein täydellistä!

There's no denying that Sonico is one hot piece of... queen! XD This figure is also a prize-figure so it's really cheap and the quality is almost perfect! Although I'm starting to see similarities of FuRyu's Sonico-figures faces and their expressions. I guess face is one of the most difficult parts when manufacuring figures so I don't want to complain if the quality and price stays as great as it is now!

Välillä mietin mikä Sonicossa on mukamas niin ihmeellistä kun oon ihan hulluna siihen, mut mulle vaan tulee aina niin hyvä mieli kun katon noita figuureita siitä tai sen höpö-löpö animea tai kuuntelen sen kappaleita! Jotkut hahmot vaan kolahtaa ihan täysillä heti ensi näkemästä ja vaikka niissä ei olis mitään ihmeellistä edes, niin siitä hahmosta välittää just sellasena ku se on. Sen takia oon erityisen ilonen, et Sonico on kasvattanu mainettaan enemmän ja enemmän ja tällaset syötävän suloset figuurit on näin ollen mahdollisia!

Sometimes I wonder what makes Sonico so special and why I'm so obsessed with her... But it's simply because when I look my figures of her or watch her silly anime or listen to her music, it always lifts my mood and makes me happy! Some characters just grow into you that very instant when you see them first time and there doesn't even need to be anything special about him/her to make you love them as they are. That's why I'm very happy about the fact that Sonico is so popular nowadays so I can have these super cute figures of her!

Winter WonFes 2015 Highlights

Nyt on taas figuurikeräilijän vuoden yksi tärkeimmistä tapahtumista ylitetty. Viime viikonloppuna oli Japanissa jälleen Wonder Festival-tapahtuma jossa julkastiin vaikka mitä uutuuksia! Henkilökohtasesti olin tosi pettyny tän kertaseen tarjontaan ja jopa Pate löys enemmän uusia figuureja toivelistalleen ku minä! Ja se on suoraan sanottuna ihme! XD

The Super Bowl of figure collectors, in other words the Wonder Festival-event was held in Japan last Sunday where they announced a bunch of new figures! Personally I was really disappointed in the figure selection this time and even my husband found more new figures on his wishlist than me. And that's a miracle I tell you! XD

 Love Live-uutuuksia toivoin PALJON enemmän! Figmat ei kiinnosta ja muut näytillä olevat figuuritkin oli jo etukäteen tiedossa. Ainoat uutukaiset oli kaksi uutta figuuria Nicosta, joka ei mulle se tärkein hahmo ole, joten LL-rintamalla koin ehkä suurimman pettymyksen. Sentään tosta yllä näkyvästä Rinistä oli ihana nähdä valmis prototyyppi ja lisään sen ehkä salakavalasti mun ostoslistaan... XD

I was hoping to see new Love Live-figures A LOT more! I'm not interested in Figmas and I was already aware of many of the other figures. The only new ones were both figures of Nico and she's not one of my favourites so I was most disappointed with the LL-news. Well at least I got to see the painted prototype of this Rin and I think I'll subtly add her to my shopping list... XD

 Ei olisi WonFestiä ilman uusia Miku-julkasuja! En vielä osaa sanoa mitään tosta Good Smilen tulevasta figuurista, mutta kuva näyttää ainakin ihanalta ja toivottavasti siitä saadaan nähdä jonkin sortin prototyyppi mahdollisimman pian! Oikealla oleva Miku on SEGA:n prize figuuri yhdestä Project Diva f 2nd-rytmipelin moduulista. Tykkään tosi paljon kun Mikusta tehään figuureja eri vaatteissa ja toi kyseinen "tavis" vaatekerta on erityisen söpö! Prize-figuurina hintakaan ei tuu olemaan päätä huimaava joten must have!

There would be no WonFes without new Miku-releases! I can't say much about that Good Smile's new figure but the artwork looks beautiful and hopefully we get to see soon some kind of prototype of the figure! That Miku on the right, is prize figure by SEGA and she's made after one of the modules from Project Diva f 2nd-rhythm game. I love when they make Miku-figures with different outfits and that "casual" outfit is super cute! Being a prize figure, I don't think she'll cost much so she's definetly a must have!

Sitten tämä Chitoge! Oon vielä vähän kahen vaiheilla tän kanssa, koska rakastan kaikkea tässä figussa mut joku mua häiritsee tossa naamassa... Tää vaatii vielä lisätutkimusta! XD

Then there's this Chitoge! I'm kinda torn between whether to get it or not because I love everything about this figure but there's something off with her face... This one needs more research! XD

 No niin, sitten tää mun AINOA iloinen yllätys! Eli Mikoze Yui animesta Locodol! Tykkän tosta hömppä animesta ihan kauheesti ja olin oikeesti hämmästyny, että se sai yhtäkään figuuria! Kun usein tuntuu, et tollaset liipa laapa animet jää kaikkien megasarjojen jalkoihin, ni niistä ei sitte ikinä saa mitään kivaa oheiskrääsää... Mut tää oli kyllä ihana yllätys! Ja oon erityisen ilonen, että Uogokoro-kun maskotti on mukana! Haluan, haluan, HALUAN!!

Okay, here's my ONLY pleasant surprise of the event! Mikoze Yui from the anime Locodol! I really enjoyed of that silly anime and was amazed by the fact that they got a scale figure! It kinda feels that most of the "smaller" anime shows gets rolled over by all the mega hit shows and then we won't be getting any nice merchandise from the smaller shows... So this was a really lovely surprise! I'm especially happy that Uogokoro-kun mascot is on the figure too! I WANT IT NAO!!

Ja viimesenä Kazuma Kiryu pelisarjasta Yakuza! Oon ihan hulluna kyseiseen pelisarjaan ja sen takia (vaikka figma onkin) Kiryun on pakko päästä mun listalle! Tän kanssa tosin taas pitää odotella prototyyppiä, et pääsen näkemään kuinka hyvä siitä lopullisesta versiosta sitten tulee. Peukut pystyyn, että Max Factory onnistuu tän kanssa!

And then lastly Kazuma Kiryu from the video game series Yakuza! I love those games and that's why Kiryu needs to be on my list (eventhough he's going to be figma...)! Now I just need to wait for the prototype and see how it'll turn out. Fingers crossed that Max Factory can pull it off!
